The Parent, Teacher, Student Coalition (PTSC) supports ATC in a number of ways. The PTSC encourages and promotes parent, teacher and student involvement in our school through membership, volunteerism, school spirit and fundraising.
ATC depends on the support of parents, teachers and students as a public charter school. It is only partially supported by public school funds. The campus is the property of ATC, purchased through fundraising and bonding by the ATC Foundation. The Foundation is responsible for maintaining and expanding the campus to meet students' educational needs. The ATC Foundation and the ATC Charter require parents' support and participation. The PTSC is the primary mechanism for parent, teacher and student participation and support.
The PTSC hosts many fundraisers and events throughout the year including The Flaming Chicken Run, Light Up the Night, Farolito Fundraiser, Community Yard Sale, Fab Friday Sales and school events as well.
